I have a 105 series landcruiser and I am wanting to do a 6bt Cummins conversion. I have a workshop with a hoist and engine crane. Looking for a mechanic to do the conversion, I’ll be available to help but I don’t know how to swap engines and would need the mechanic to be experienced in this and tell me what to do. I don’t know what price would be fair so we can definitely talk about the job and price it up accordingly. I’m not looking to cheap out or find cheap labour. I am wanting to learn about cars and learn the process so I am looking for someone that is experienced and prepared to pass on their knowledge. It can be chipped away after work hours and weekends. The car is not my daily and therefore I’m happy for the process to take months.
