Reasonably straightforward job according to all the reviews. Unit made specifically for this car. Can supply photos of supplied wiring (although no different to how featured on the weblink (https://1drv.ms/b/s!AnmodMWTINNVhCgRMdB8k5OusUwD?e=ULcoAe). Company provided instructions with photos. English isn't great. Thanks

Car Stereo Head Unit reinstallation

My Alpine Car Stereo (CDE-135BT) in my 2006 Golf, stopped working recently. After trying to push the unit around a bit the casing of the head unit has become loose. The stereo is either dead or a power cable has come loose at the back. I am hoping someone can remove the unit, (with the specific metal bars which I don't have), and check the cables are secure to the unit and then re mount the unit so it isn't sliding around. If the unit is dead then we can remove it.
