What does a mechanic service usually include?

Minor service
This is the most basic engine service a mechanic provides, but it can make a huge difference in whether or not your car can operate efficiently. Log book servicing / major service
A major service or log book service involves a series of steps in line with your vehicle manufacturer’s service manual. Then checking fluid levels, windscreen wipers, windows, mirrors, steering, suspension, radiator, fan belts, and tyre pressure. Finally, it may also include maintaining/replacing oil filters, hoses, belts, tyres, and wheel alignment. Your mechanic will finish off by stamping your logbook to record the services completed, which can help maintain your car’s resale value.
Roadworthy certificate or pink slip
A roadworthy certificate or pink slip is a specific vehicle check that’s conducted to ensure your car is in a roadworthy condition and can be operated safely. In some states, it’s required when selling a car or may be required each year to confirm your vehicle is safe for registration purposes. A mechanic will check off a list of predetermined items to verify that your car meets a minimum safety standard set out by your state government. They’ll focus on safety, checking things like tyres, brakes, steering, suspension, rust or damage, seatbelts, windows, lights, and your windscreen.
Major and minor repairs
Sometimes your car might need a little extra attention if you’ve had an accident, broken down, or your drive feels a bit different to normal. I'd like this one to be hardwired to a 2016 Kia Carnival Platinum. I have the hardwire kit ready as well Second car is a Kia Stonic. Not sure what the camera's brand is but it's also a front and rear camera. I don't need this one to be hard wired. If it doesn't cost a lot, I'm happy to have you install and run the cable for me. My car (Honda Civic 2010) seems to have a minor oil leak issue. It seems very slow leak, like dripping over the last one week. I need someone to inspect the leak and get it fixed if it is not very major an issue. I can come by if it is nearby or most welcome if someone can come over. Change and drain oil filter on a 99 Honda Integra. The filter is locked on pretty tight so only enquire if you believe you have the tools and know how to remove without damaging anything (wouldn't want to waste anyone's time) Oil filter and replenishment oil provided, just need the labour.
