In some states, it’s required when selling a car or may be required each year to confirm your vehicle is safe for registration purposes. A mechanic will check off a list of predetermined items to verify that your car meets a minimum safety standard set out by your state government. Change and drain oil filter on a 99 Honda Integra. The filter is locked on pretty tight so only enquire if you believe you have the tools and know how to remove without damaging anything (wouldn't want to waste anyone's time) Oil filter and replenishment oil provided, just need the labour.
