Minor service
This is the most basic engine service a mechanic provides, but it can make a huge difference in whether or not your car can operate efficiently. Then checking fluid levels, windscreen wipers, windows, mirrors, steering, suspension, radiator, fan belts, and tyre pressure. Finally, it may also include maintaining/replacing oil filters, hoses, belts, tyres, and wheel alignment. Your mechanic will finish off by stamping your logbook to record the services completed, which can help maintain your car’s resale value.
Roadworthy certificate or pink slip
A roadworthy certificate or pink slip is a specific vehicle check that’s conducted to ensure your car is in a roadworthy condition and can be operated safely. In some states, it’s required when selling a car or may be required each year to confirm your vehicle is safe for registration purposes. A mechanic will check off a list of predetermined items to verify that your car meets a minimum safety standard set out by your state government. They’ll focus on safety, checking things like tyres, brakes, steering, suspension, rust or damage, seatbelts, windows, lights, and your windscreen.
Major and minor repairs

I have a Renault Trafic 2004 dci100 x83 turbo diesel van. Its been sitting in my front yard , not under cover for about 10 months without being started. It cranks over but wont start. It could be an easy fix or a difficult fix. it's all up to you. I want you to put a scan tool on it and see if its throwing any fault codes . I'm no mechanic but things like draining out old fuel. Draining out the coolant. flushing out radiator etc I read should be done. Repco is 100 meters away so its very nearby, I just want the thing running again, no half jobs. knowledge about Renaults essential. A competent mechanic should nail it done pretty quick
