What does a mechanic service usually include?

Minor service

Then checking fluid levels, windscreen wipers, windows, mirrors, steering, suspension, radiator, fan belts, and tyre pressure. Finally, it may also include maintaining/replacing oil filters, hoses, belts, tyres, and wheel alignment. Your mechanic will finish off by stamping your logbook to record the services completed, which can help maintain your car’s resale value.
Roadworthy certificate or pink slip
A roadworthy certificate or pink slip is a specific vehicle check that’s conducted to ensure your car is in a roadworthy condition and can be operated safely. In some states, it’s required when selling a car or may be required each year to confirm your vehicle is safe for registration purposes. A mechanic will check off a list of predetermined items to verify that your car meets a minimum safety standard set out by your state government. Are you good with cars? I’d like a few things done to my 2016 Pajero Sport but I don’t fully trust myself (and probably don’t have all the tools anyway): 1. Install catch-can kit 2. Replace inter cooler hoses with new silicon hoses 3. Attach recovery tow points under the front of the car I’ve got all the parts. If you’re experienced with this stuff, I’m guessing you could do the three items in around an hour? Located in Stafford.
