Recently had my old bike stripped and components placed onto a new frame, but have two issues I can’t get fixed till Tuesday due to public holiday. (1) my leavers when pulled aren’t engaging the break pads at all (2) caliper pistons are not closing enough to engage the breaks (3) my front break leaver is not fully returning to neutral Looking for all three items to be fixed for front and rear.
