My car is a : HONDA JAZZ GD 1.5L L15A1 SOHC 16v MPFI 4cyl 81kW 5sp Manual 5dr Hatchback FWD The below cost estimates are from Honda so I'm looking for something more affordable. • 2 front Parkers ($15) + one break light globe on right side ($15 part) + number plate globe ($15 part) - supplied and fitted • $150 bracket that holds the globe is broke (supplied and fitted) Before next service • $250- Leak coming from drive shaft seal (right side). If it’s leaking it can let contaminants into drive shaft. Unsure if left is leaking. Part: drive shaft seal. Wouldn’t recommend second hand. It’s the labour. Seals are only $30-40 the rest is labour. • $895 Both Front breaks pads + rotors - are sitting on 2mm break pads - may need replacement soon. (Parts ($640) + labour). (Could do: Aftermarket but new, search on repco or burson sdc908) • $120 Break fluid flush out dirty & add more (parts + labour). Once every three years is recommended interval for replacing break fluid. Do with above its slightly cheaper. • $220 No coolant in car, it’s just water: - coolant flush: emptying water & adding coolant. (When you put coolant in, you need to get air bubbles out. Running car really warm, getting air bubbles). Better to have coolant than water for longer drives. Not urgent for small drives. Only larger drives above 100km. • Estimate $400 ta Engine mount collapsed: it’ll knock around a bit. Keeps engine in place, stops it from knocking about. Generally when it collapses it might tap against other things but doesn’t fall out. Current Quote is $2095

Looking for an electric scooter mechanic to assist with the below. Just purchased a new scooter and as I was pushing it I noticed both wheels have this scratching sound. Sounds like it is the disc brakes on the front and back. Please see below response from the store The scooter is pre checked before leaving but unfortunately during transport disc’s and callipers can move slightly. I checked with the mechanics and they have said the disc may need you to very slightly bend or align the calliper very slightly that all may have moved during transport.
