Ford focus re-gas my car as it needs doing

I’m hoping to purchase a car (2021 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line) from Melbourne and I need a mechanic to help inspect the car on my behalf as I’m located in Sydney.

I got a check oil pressure light come on my 2013 Mazda 6 (diesel). Had a mechanic inspect it and it had the error code "Engine Oil Deteriorated". Did a full service of the car including changing the oil and filter. The warning went away then came back the next day. The mechanic told me that the oils levels are fine and oil is pumping, so it's most likely a sensor issue. I would like a mechanic to come out to inspect the car and to confirm it is a oil pressure sensor issue and replace it. Currently, the oil pressure light is gone.

I have noticed my car has been leaking brake fluid/clutch fluid. It is Dot4. I have found where the leak is I just need you to tell me what part it is so I can change it. Photo is attached of the part that leaks. Every time I press on my clutch it drips a little bit of dot 4 so I’m guessing I need to change that part. Please see the photo and if you can just leave in comments what it’s called. I’m not asking for any work to be done just simply tell me the part name. Had some 50mm lifted King Springs put on it earlier this year on the front but the ride is not good, so I want the OEMs back on. Should take about an hour. Looking for a good mechanic to use regularly for my vehicles ongoing. Would like to keep to 15 kilometres from Thomastown. Job is to remove both front coil springs and put on factory springs.
