I need to combine google sheets into one master with multiple formulas and certain functionality required so knowledge of formulas and tables in excel and all round genius is required IN PERSON

I want to extract data from a folder containing multiple excel sheets, everyday at least 4-5 excel files will be added to the folder. I want to extract cell specific data from these files and create a reporting tool and charts for the same. All of these are on onedrive and since it is a lot of data, it would be best for someone to come to site and work along side me. I think it would be best for any questions as we can sort it in real time. The place is in Brookvale. I have 2 excel workbooks, one shows sales in 2023 (one worksheet per month) and the other is sales in 2024 (also one month per sheet). I want a column near my 2024 sales which shows % growth or reduction compared to the 2023 sheet. Needs to be automated so when a value is entered in the 2024 sheet it compares to 2023 and gives the % variance. I want the 2 excel sheets to be able to be edited in my Dropbox.
