We would like to re design our work templates, currently we are running with word and excel documents which we give to our technicians to conduct their work, will we print out the document due to the complexity and give them to the employees to fill in by hand. We would like to streamline these document's so our technicians can move over to tablets onsite. We need to re-design our documents with higher level of macros and drop-down boxes to allow one document to cover multiple tasks. I would prefer to use somebody from Adelaide as I believe visits to our office during the design will be required for ease of communication and our input. I am happy to pay for the first site visit, so you are aware of our requirement's. I have put forward a fee of $150.00 for the site visit for the introduction, we can then talk costings per document. We have multiple document we would like to re design, we will start from our easiest and work forward to the harder documents during the course

NOTE: Adelaide ONLY. I have an excel spread sheet with approx 500 lines. These entries are direct from my bank statements. I have approx 125 individual receipts covering 3 or 4 months of expenses. I need someone to go thru the receipts and sort them into months. Then look at the receipts and find that item on the excel spread sheet and classify it as either work or as private + add a very basic 2 - 3 word description of the expense in the comments column. ie Food, Fuel, Car service etc. I have other work, but let's get this done first. I would like this done ASAP. Sunday or Monday is preferable I live in Richmond, SA. You will need to pick up and return the receipts from/to my house. If satisfactory i will have similar work every month.
