My Premiere Pro files i have been working on for the 6 months are at Huge jeopardy!! I need urgent & genuine knowledge within the computer field and expertise within: Microsoft 365 - ONE DRIVE, ADOBE PREMIERE PRO, Social Media Content Creating is preferrable Someone that will confidently fix the issue! (Computer IT/Specialist that knows their way extremely well on how to fix issues which may arise with computers, clouds and harddrives). This is highly important for the person to understand these elements very well as these projects are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO RECOVER. Price is dependant on the persons resolve of the issues. I have photos on one drive. google, hard drives etc. I want to get them off all cloud storage and get them.onto a hard drive. Also I don't want one drive backing up my photos from this point forward. Please help.

I have a Panasonic tablet with windows 10 pro. I have shared a family subscription so it has MS office subscription. OneDrive is not working properly though so a shared folder only shows up as an online shortcut. The tablet has duplicate Microsoft profiles under the same email address (a personal and a business account) so maybe that is causing the problem. I need the OneDrive folder synced to the tablet with files available to open locally so I can open and edit a CAD file. I already ticked 'alwats keep on device' on the folder but it's only an internet shortcut, not the actual file.

Cannot remove x from onedrive personal (sync issue?)so cannot access those files. I want onedrive restored, remove files onto external HDD then remove onedrive personal for good

I bought a new computer and I am trying to use OneDrive. My shared folders in one drive are becoming weblinks and I have shared more folders and I am not receiving emails to join the fodlers.

We have 5 computers in the company; sometimes one drive is not working for a particular computer and sometimes outlook is not working. We need someone to check all the computers and fix the one drive and outlook issues.

I’ve bought a new Mac. These are the things I’d appreciate help with please. 1. I don’t want all the same stuff on the new mac as what is on old mac one drive. But it seems things have already moved over. 2. I’ve always found one drive confusing so think I want to start using Google docs and just use one drive for Outlook and when people send me Word Docs. 3. I don’t know how to save a word doc, then find it again in OneDrive cloud and attach to an email. Sometimes I find it and sometimes I don’t. Even though I’ve had one drive for years it’s still pot luck I find the doc 4. I’m creating presentations and videos. I need to setup folders for them on my new mac and in the cloud for backup 5. Someone put exchange on my phone. I don’t think I need it. There is an old email and I keep getting a notification on my mac for an exchange password for a redundant email Cheers for reading

Messed up laptop with OneDrive. Folders and files on laptop either empty or missing. I can see them, and a lot of duplicates, in Recycle Bin in my online version of OneDrive, but the volume is so large I am afraid of hitting Restore. I've done restores of OneDrive, which messed things up more, and tried a Windows 10 system restore, but it wouldn't complete due to some issue with the Recycle Bin.

I have a MacBook Pro at home, and have just left one teaching job and started another - so I have a new MacBook also. I have files stored all over the place, between my MacBook, Google Drives for home and the old work, and OneDrive for home and my new work. In addition to this, my MacBook is not syncing to Google. And my HP printer won't connect or print. It's all beyond me and I need your help! 1. Get the printer connecting a working again. 2. Get my Google Drive to sync to my personal Mac 3. Copy everything in personal and work Google Drives to personal OneDrive. 4. Shut down storage plan in Google. 5. Delete old work Google from my personal Mac 6. Set up access to a work folder on my personal OneDrive that I can access from OneDrive on my work Mac. (This might be a job for school IT.) 7. I have an existing Google Workspace account but I have only been using it as a single employee for a number of years. I also use Onedrive. I have just ordered a new PC for my old admin person to assist me with some admin work. She already has a email account setup and has previously assisted me with admin work using webmail. I have onedrive on the laptop with a spinning wheel, so i think it needs to be installed again and synced. Then my files transferred over. For someone that knows what they are doing it might take up to half an hour.
