Find a local Microsoft OneDrive helper in NSW

My pc does not turn off itself. I need to turn the turn off the power point. When I turn it on, I must synchronise the date & time every time. Note comes up that the pc bios has problem. I have lost one drive with all the data.

My files from laptop need to sync with Synology NAS drive, and sync with One Drive and viewable on another laptop

My Premiere Pro files i have been working on for the 6 months are at Huge jeopardy!! (Computer IT/Specialist that knows their way extremely well on how to fix issues which may arise with computers, clouds and harddrives). I bought a new computer and I am trying to use OneDrive. My shared folders in one drive are becoming weblinks and I have shared more folders and I am not receiving emails to join the fodlers.

We have 5 computers in the company; sometimes one drive is not working for a particular computer and sometimes outlook is not working. We need someone to check all the computers and fix the one drive and outlook issues.

I’ve bought a new Mac. These are the things I’d appreciate help with please. 1. I don’t want all the same stuff on the new mac as what is on old mac one drive. But it seems things have already moved over. 2. I’ve always found one drive confusing so think I want to start using Google docs and just use one drive for Outlook and when people send me Word Docs. 3. I don’t know how to save a word doc, then find it again in OneDrive cloud and attach to an email. Sometimes I find it and sometimes I don’t. Even though I’ve had one drive for years it’s still pot luck I find the doc 4. I’m creating presentations and videos. I need to setup folders for them on my new mac and in the cloud for backup 5. Someone put exchange on my phone. I don’t think I need it. There is an old email and I keep getting a notification on my mac for an exchange password for a redundant email Cheers for reading

I have a MacBook Pro at home, and have just left one teaching job and started another - so I have a new MacBook also. I have files stored all over the place, between my MacBook, Google Drives for home and the old work, and OneDrive for home and my new work. In addition to this, my MacBook is not syncing to Google. And my HP printer won't connect or print. It's all beyond me and I need your help! 1. Get the printer connecting a working again. 2. Get my Google Drive to sync to my personal Mac 3. Copy everything in personal and work Google Drives to personal OneDrive. 4. Shut down storage plan in Google. 5. Delete old work Google from my personal Mac 6. Set up access to a work folder on my personal OneDrive that I can access from OneDrive on my work Mac. (This might be a job for school IT.) 7. Sort out backups on my home Mac, and get rid of any storage plans I am not using.... Thanks

I have an existing Google Workspace account but I have only been using it as a single employee for a number of years. I also use Onedrive. I have just ordered a new PC for my old admin person to assist me with some admin work. She already has a email account setup and has previously assisted me with admin work using webmail. I am assuming I may need your help to setup up Google Workplace Sync on her PC and perhaps some suggestions how we can access Onedrive.

I need someone to help mother who is not PC literate to set up her PC for home usage. This requires: *teaching her how to set up favourite website on her PC *set up google drive/one drive/share point/Teams on her PC and show her how to use it Essentially, the job is for 40 minutes. She has a personal laptop but uses it for work purposes (works for a NFP), and needs to have an efficient system. Need someone that is IT savy to help her set up the various browsers/app so she can effectively work on them for work purposes. I have onedrive on the laptop with a spinning wheel, so i think it needs to be installed again and synced. Then my files transferred over. For someone that knows what they are doing it might take up to half an hour. We already have office 365 subscriptions in my shop. we have one computer set up & running fine - just never get time to set up the other 2! We then want to move away from dropbox & set up some shared onedrive folders for internal use. will need to be done weekday mornings when the shop is quiet. Want to tidy up my one drive and setup share point for all our computers. We have 2 laptops, 2 desktops and 2 Mac computers. We need to correctly setup One Drive so all devices can access information, also setup SharePoint and migrate all our documents to it. Moving from desktop to laptop On the desktop I use dropbox and outlook however dropbox is toobig for my laptop so would like to move from dropbox to one drive. Also need to move from emails from the desktop to the laptop. I think office 365 is the solution but need it all synced.

Hi, We set up one drive and it has taken over our 2 office computers and rearranged the files on the C drive and also merged folder together. Would prefer on site actions to remote initially. We are located in Padstow
