Outlook not working on iPhone iPad and computer

I have been unable to successfully connect two domain emails to Gmail and Outlook via IMAP settings so I can send and view emails on Gmail. Additionally, the 'quote request' feature on my website is not sending client requests to my domain email, need these issues fixed asap.
