We already have office 365 subscriptions in my shop. we have one computer set up & running fine - just never get time to set up the other 2! We then want to move away from dropbox & set up some shared onedrive folders for internal use. will need to be done weekday mornings when the shop is quiet. I would like a face to face tutorial + practical walkthrough of how to use the apps. I work for a production studio and we are expanding to a larger audience and we want to use these app's for internal staff use and external client facing use. I live in Newtown but will travel for the right teacher. Appointy Scheduling Software - Set it up from scratch and get it to a fully functioning state so I can use it to manage internal staff + set it up for external resource management + Figure out a scheduling workflow ( I am teachable I just need to be shown how to do things and would love to be shown how to project manage a business with internal and external clients. Square POS - I need help/ someone to teach me how to use Square and teach me all of its capabilities and integrate it with Appointy and outlook for a seamless workflow. Outlook - Same as above. just want to be shown how to use All apps together for a seamless workflow. Our studio currently uses outlook for everything + outlook calendar for scheduling, and now we are moving into an automated and professional service. Please feel free to ask me any questions if unsure what exactly you have to do :) I basically need a tutorial sitting at a desk with both our laptops open running through all the applications. 1 full day would be ideal or 2 half days might make more sense :) I don't mind travelling in SYD to the right person.
