Outlook is extremely slow to receive and send EMails following some changes that I made last week. My PC uses Office 2016 and Windows 10.

My outlook email program has worked well for several years. Last week I accidentally deleted my inbox emails and had to copy them back to the inbox from the deleted emails. Since them my outlook has been extremely slow to receive emails. I downloaded the software Stellar in the hope that it might fix my problems but to no avail. I have outlook on my laptop and on y mobile and the mobile version still works well. I need help to repair the outlook on my laptop. My PC uses Office 2016 and Windows 10.

I've installed Microsoft Office 2019, which is supposed to work offline, but I only can use it online. Not sure what happened. Bought it from OfficeWorks, installed it just now on my laptop (windows 10). Can't find shortcuts on my desktop, just odd. I felt tempted to uninstall and re-install but thought I better get an expert from Airtasker.
