I have a genuine Microsoft 365 installed. Nothing was wrong with it until last week when Microsoft stopped saving. I open a Word file, edit and click save, it shows saving... but never saves. I have two drivers, C and D. C is where the operating system and Microsoft 365 are installed, and D is where I keep my files. It seems that the problem is only with files that are already on the D drive!! I had some files on the desktop that are not affected and I can still edit and save. But any word file that was on the D Drive is affected. Someone already tried to find the problem but with no luck. Uninstalled office and reinstalled multiple times without a fix. After the attempted fix, now all Word files do not show the Word icon, but they still open. I have tried setting the default programs to open the file but also no luck. Too much time was spent to try to fix this with no success, so I only want someone who is confident they can find the problem and not spend hours on my computer trying things, I need someone who can diagnose and fix. Also, now I can't create a new Word file when clicking right click and new!! This happened after the other guy tried to fix the problem. Open to suggestions. Let me know if you need any additional information before committing to the task
