My son has a Puri Ebike (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1389382/Puri-Xl-Series.html?page=15#manual) As you can see from the attached photo the rear tyre is off the wheel. The bike is too heave to lift and put in back of my car I am unsure how to take the tyre off and fix and I was hoping to organise for it to get fixed as soon as convenient for you. I was fixing a puncture on the rear wheel and the bike fell onto its side, probably over-twisting the handlebars and/acellerator side. It initially worked for a few minutes on a test ride (on a bumpy surface) then stopped. There is no response when ignition key is turned on. I suspect a loose/disconnected wire.
