Bike turns on but throttle isn’t working, ordered new throttle and still isn’t working screen turns on and holding charge think it might just be a loose connection

Have a dash cam installed about 3 years ago and now the dash cam has suddenly it turning on. Car is an i30n sedan Hyundai I believe hardware kit might be disconnected

Hi there, I have an e-scooter that is temptemental. It’s not working. But when I disconnect then reconnect some chords up high (was told to do this) it was fixed the problem. But now I do the same thing and it’s not fixing it. Was wondering if an expert can kindly help me. Not sure if a big fix or small fix is required. Will pay minimum $80 for you to take a look at it and diagnose and will pay more than $150 if bigger job than you thought

Suzuki V Strom 650 2006. Road the bike before Xmas, came home and put it in the garage. Next morning wouldn't start. Charged battery. No response from starter button. Wondering if this model has a diagnostic port? Read manual says diagnostic port is under seat but couldn't find it.
