Spot cleaning of visible mould. Visible mould is on the back of 4 bedroom wardrobe doors, ceiling corners in 2 rooms, skirting boards 3 rooms, inside kitchen cabinets. Wiping of the walls and all shelves in the 8m2 storage room. Estimated 8-10 hours man hours work total. Use of an anti-fungicide chemical would be preferred.
