Deep clean of walls and ceiling required. This one is quite a significant task. The unit has already been forensically cleaned and unfortunately they ran out of time to complete. An elderly friend of my Grandma’s had a fall recently and the Paramedics discovered that she was living in squalor. The place has been cleared out, though there is still a least a full day of hard scrubbing left to clean the walls and ceiling. Apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry and kitchen/living but totals about 70m2. The carpet is being ripped up tomorrow to be replaced later in the week, so no need to be careful of the floor during the clean. The place is also largely empty so no need to work around items. Let me know if you are still interested/available possibly Sunday/Monday. This job is definitely for a professional only
