need soil dug over, perhaps gypsum added? (is clay heavy soil), compost added, mulch added, some weeding, some dog poop removal, maybe a new edge between the garden bed and the footpath in two spots in front garden, some standard rose bushes moved etc Would like it if Rob G from Hillside contacted me have seen his work and reviews and they look good :)
