This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. Hello, We currently have a mystery shop opening for a Pharmacy! You will need to visit the pharmacy, assess its presentation, and evaluate the service you receive. This task involves purchasing your prescription medication, so please only proceed if you have a valid prescription from your doctor. The prescription can be for someone else. You will also be required to purchase an over the counter medication which you will be reimbursed for. Please note that all our mystery shops require a quick training video and knowledge check that will guide you through the task’s requirements. The training is just preparation and not part of the task itself. If the task is canceled then we will not be able to release payment for just the training if the task itself is not started.
