We need you to visit a particular salon, for a wash and blow dry and report back on our software based on the treatment, service and overall experience. Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Reach out to the studio about doing a pilates class 2 days in advance 2. Assess the class confirmation process 3. Assess the studio, welcome and tour provided 4. Assess the class and the interaction after You will need to book a specific class type and we will reimburse you for this cost. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
