Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + a $60 reimbursement for your package. We are looking for a mystery shopper to conduct an audit in 6 liquor stores of their choice from a list provided by us (see photo attached). Once you arrive at the store, you’ll need to take a few photos and report on the stock availability of specific products. ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 1 STORE - it’ll take you 7 minutes per liquor store to complete the task. Make sure you read the guidelines before entering the venue. IMPORTANT: You will have to complete this task in our App (‘Snooper - Paid surveys’). Only make an offer if you’re comfortable downloading and using a mobile app. YOUR MISSION IN THE SNOOPER APP Snooper app has many 'missions' (tasks) available. This task focuses on the missions highlighted in the screenshot we’ve attached in the comment here below. HOW TO FIND YOUR TASKS/MISSIONS ON THE SNOOPER APP Download the app ‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ Once the App is installed, sign up using your email address Go to the map ('Search' tab) Click on the Filter icon on the left of the Search button to open the missions list. Click 'Clear' to unselect all missions. Select the missions shown on the screenshot in the comment section of this task and click Apply. You will be redirected to the map. Zoom in and out and use the Search button to find venues with the Tasks/Missions assigned to you. Read the mission overview and go through the checkpoints to get familiar with your mission. When you’re ready to start, click ACCEPT. Use the app to complete the task (follow the photo requirements and take the photos in the App) Once your mission is approved, you will get paid the amount agreed on by Airtasker (even if the mission on the App shows a different amount). IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW You can only take pictures while using the app. You CANNOT upload photos from your phone later. We have a fun mystery shop available! ** Please note this is a task that is spread out over a couple of days so needs to be started in advance of the due date ** A brief overview of this shop is that you would be attending a pilates class at a studio. We can't name the client publicly, however if you would like to ask for a nearby landmark below you are welcome to. Some FAQs: 1) Do you need to buy anything? Yes. For this shop you will need to spend $50 upfront. This $50 gets you access to five pilates classes. We only ask that you do one, so if you'd like to have the other four as a bonus (on us!) you're very welcome to. We will reimburse the full $50 whether or not you go to one or all five classes. This reimbursement is in addition to the $40 (inclusive of airtasker fees) task payment for your time. 2) Do you need mystery shopping experience? No! We provide a training video to outline what to expect and explain how our process works, so you do not need experience. It would be great if you have some form of customer service experience so that you know what 'good' service looks like though. 3) How long will it take? This shop involves buying the class pass, booking in for a class (before the due date of this task), and reporting back on your experience.
