By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: ● complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and ● submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT We have a mystery shop available that will need to be completed by the due date. For this store, you will need to visit after 12pm on one of these dates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the staff member’s product knowledge, store hygiene and assessing the product displays. The type of product enquiry you make in store changes each month which we will provide once allocated the task. You will need to purchase one of the products recommended by the staff member (related to the enquiry) In addition to the product you purchase that’s related to your enquiry, you will need to purchase a second product. This second product will need to be something that has to be cleaned so you can assess the call out procedure. Products that need to be cleaned include: ● Whole fish ● Crab ● Lobster ● Octopus ● Calamari In total, the overall amount we will reimburse (for both products) is a maximum of $30 via direct deposit. Task budget is $20 inclusive of Airtasker fees Can't name the specific location of the store for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions! Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. Hi! We have a bit of a bizarre mystery shopping task.
