Hello! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. YOUR TASK We are looking for a mystery shopper to conduct an audit in 1 venue/s from a list provided by us - see screenshot attached. Once you arrive at the venue, you will need to take a few photos, report on the availability of promotional material, and purchase a product. The $50 fee includes the product purchase. ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 1 TASK (1 VENUE) We estimate it will take you 10 minutes per venue to complete the task. Make sure you read the guidelines before entering the venue. IMPORTANT You will have to complete this task in our App (‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ available on the Google Play Stores or App Store).
