It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to either of the clinics, previously. Before and after the sessions, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping.
