By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: ● complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and ● submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT You will need to visit the pharmacy, assess the presentation of the pharmacy and service that you receive. During this visit, you will need to ask a staff member questions about a specific health scenario that we will provide "What do you have for cold sores?". You will also need to purchase one of the products recommended by the staff member (related to the health scenario). This cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the pharmacy from the various staff members that you interact with. Budget for this task is $40 (inclusive of fees). Can't name the specific location of the store for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions! Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. We’ve recently simplified the report to make mystery shops a little faster so we can provide team feedback more often. Description: I’m looking for a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a store that sells women's clothing. This requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 20-30minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. Would you like a physiotherapy session? We need someone to book and attend a physiotherapy treatment session at our clinics in Camden. It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinics, previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the session (approx $110) and be reimbursed afterward.
