Hi there! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience to us. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. Here’s what’s required: Visit the gym between 2pm to 7pm Monday to Thursday or Wednesday morning 8am to 11am,(avoid lunch hours) and follow instructions provided by us Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining and take a tour of the facilities. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the name of the gym here, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid any conflict of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete and this is required before you can commence the visit to the gym. If the task is cancelled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. Need someone to check the music that some shops are playing for the public located in Penrith and record a short video about your findings. You can complete this ANYTIME before the due date.   We need to confirm if certain shops are playing music on their networks. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. You will need to take a number of pictures (very discreetly) and answer some simple questions about the music being played in the shop.    The two pictures and the video need to be clear and consistent with the information requested, as we need quality information. It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinic previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the sessions (approx $100) and be reimbursed afterward. The reimbursement is separate from the Airtakser payment and is paid directly into your bank account after the appointment. The Airtasker fee is released on completion of the online form.
