Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a gym! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. The training takes less than 15 minutes to complete. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being completed. Training needs to be completed between 48 hours after being assigned. Please note: if there is no correspondence within a 48 hour period, you will be cancelled off the task. Need someone to check the music that some shops are playing for the public located in Penrith and record a short video about your findings. You can complete this ANYTIME before the due date.   We need to confirm if certain shops are playing music on their networks. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. You will need to take a number of pictures (very discreetly) and answer some simple questions about the music being played in the shop.    The two pictures and the video need to be clear and consistent with the information requested, as we need quality information. If you are close to the location, this will take you 5 minutes to complete.   Message me for details.

It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinic previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the sessions (approx $100) and be reimbursed afterward. The reimbursement is separate from the Airtakser payment and is paid directly into your bank account after the appointment. The Airtasker fee is released on completion of the online form.
