Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a reformer pilates studio! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to purchase a x5 class pack (we will reimburse you this) and attend a reformer pilates class in which you will assess the experience you had during. All you will need to do is wait 24 hours after the class to see if you get a follow up, and then submit the report! You will only need to assess one class, and you will get the other 4 for free! Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees. We will reimburse you the cost of the x5 class pack. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. Once you arrive at the venue, you will need to Purchase a product (more information to be provided by us) and take a few photos and report on the availability of promotional material for a specific brand. We estimate it will take you 8 minutes per venue to complete the task. Make sure you read the guidelines before entering the venue. IMPORTANT: You’ll have to complete this task in our App (‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ available on the Google Play Stores or App Store). Only make an offer if you’re comfortable using a mobile app. As soon as we accept your offer we will send you more information. Note that most of the information is also available in the Snooper App. HOW TO FIND YOUR TASK/MISSIONS ON THE SNOOPER APP Download ‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ Once the App is installed, sign up using your email address Go to the map ('Search' tab) Click on the Filter icon on the left of the Search button to open the missions list. Click 'Clear' to unselect all missions. Select the missions shown on the screenshot in the comment section of this task and click Apply. You will be redirected to the map. Zoom in and out and use the Search button to find venues with the Tasks/Missions assigned to you. Read the mission overview and go through the checkpoints to get familiar with your mission. When you’re ready to start, click ACCEPT. Use the app to complete the task, follow the photo requirements and take the photos in the App Once your mission is approved, you will get paid the amount agreed on by AirTasker (even if the mission on the App shows a different amount). We currently have a mystery shop opening for a grocery store in Randwick to be mystery shopped. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. A mystery shop at this store involves going in to the store between 19th to 23rd July after 9am, purchasing some fresh produce, reviewing how you are charged for that produce, looking over product expiry dates and more. There is an in-depth training video that will give you the finer details of what you will be looking for. You must be able to submit your report within an hour after your shop, and before the due date listed for the task above.
