There will be a detailed 4-5 page form that requires you to fill out detailed notes in the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60-80 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 30-40 minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form.
