We are looking for a mystery shopper to assess four dessert stores over the coming days. Locations: Bondi, Martin Place, Circular Quay and Darling Square. Must be completed between 7pm and 10:30pm. Due midnight on Sun 5th Nov. Task: This will involve you visiting the store, waiting in queue, sampling product, asking a couple of questions and ordering & paying for the product. You will need to be comfortable asking the server a number of brand based questions. Afterwards you will take some pictures of it (straight after it’s served to you and before consuming). You can then enjoy the product yourself. Your feedback will need to be recorded in a detailed online survey. The $120 is inclusive of the amount payable at each location ($8 each, $32 total)+ the amount we pay you for completing the tasks / surveys for the 3 locations. Includes fees. There will be a detailed 4-5 page form that requires you to fill out detailed notes in the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60-80 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 30-40 minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. We need a mystery shopper/s to assess dessert stores across Sydney. Must be completed after 7pm any night between today and this Saturday. Locations avail: Brighton Le Sands Miranda Pyrmont Forest Lodge Each task involves you visiting a store, waiting in queue, sampling product, asking a couple of questions and ordering & paying for the product. You will need to pretend you have an allergy so that you can assess team member allergy handling. Afterwards you will take some pictures of it straight after it’s served to you. You can then enjoy the product yourself. For each store you complete we will reimburse you for the amount paid in-store ($8.50)+ pay $30 for completing the task. This is inclusive of AT fees so please do not add these to your offer. Preference given to those that can complete multiple locations. This must be completed after 7pm at night.
