Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a fitness centre You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday. You will need to book a class 2-days in advance and assess the follow up after the class. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being completed. Training needs to be completed between 48 hours after being assigned.

No prior experience is required; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. What’s required: Visit the gym between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours), and follow the instructions provided by us. Arrive without an appointment, express interest in joining, and take a tour of the facilities. Submit an online report, including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are required for task preparation. The video will take no more than 15 minutes to complete and must be done before your visit to the gym. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment will not be issued for just the training. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment.
