You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received within 24 hours. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Would you like a free physiotherapy session? We need someone to book and attend a physiotherapy treatment session at our clinic in Baldivis. It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinic previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the session (approx $100) and be reimbursed afterward. The reimbursement is separate from the Airtakser payment and is paid directly into your bank account on completion of the online form.
