Relocate NBN line from room to living room

We accidentally pulled out the nbn fibre cable out of the green socket and need help to put it back in and fix it. Anyone in the area that can help? Thanks

1) Need PowerPoint moved up on the wall to where the existing nbn point is in bedroom to accomodate new wardrobe 1) Need nbn point on same wall dropped down to lower story (See photo) 2) Need washing machine PowerPoint lowered under bench top height - have a few other PowerPoint's needing swapped from old to new (I'll supply) depending on the rate

Run conduit to allow NBN to run a fibre cable from the outside of the house. Conduit needs to be from the nbn box, into the roof cavity, across the front of the house, and down the inside of the side wall. Use existing face plate in the internal wall to bring out cable / string so nbn can install the cable. Note. There is no manhole access to the roof and it is a small space so likely some roof sheets need to be removed and reinstalled

I had nbn come out to the house to do FTTP upgrade. They couldn't to do the job, instead telling me I need an electrician to come out and create a cable pathway to where ever I want the nbn box, for them to install Fibre cable the nbn box. Apparently a conduit or something with a draw string through which they can install the Fibre, they said electricians can do these jobs - Due date: Flexible

I had an nbn installer come to install the cable from roof . Cable needs to run through wall cavity and hole drill out and attatched. He was to inexperienced and lazy to do it. All i am needing is to attatch the cable from the ceiling to the wall. - Due date: Flexible
