New power pole was installed a few years ago but NBN connection was not moved. Old wooden pole has fallen over in recent weather, so need the NBN cable relocated to new power pole.

We are having problems with our internet speed so someone from NBN was sent out. When they tested the speed of the modem it was significantly lower then what it should be. When they tested the NBN box outside they said it was normal, so therefore there is most likely a problem with the connection between the NBN and the modem and the cable needs replacing.

WAN light on modem is blank despite NBN box lights all stable. WAN cable tested and is working. Have reset everything several times and the neighbours all have internet.

Need to install optical cable from my office upstairs to outside the house where FTTP connection box will be. Around 10m length, possibly through existing cavity where existing ethernet cable runs from my office straight downstairs, then under the house and out to the connection point. See photo - from upstairs through the wall, down under the house, to the NBN box on the outside wall.

I have found no other phone sockets in my house, garage or power room of my block of units. My Broadband provider has told me Fibre to the Node is connected to my building and I should have a phone socket in my unit.

NBN just installed their NBN box in my garage. Job: Move data cable from outside to inside garage, and connect to the newly installed nbn box. There's already existing wall sockets inside the house. Drilling required. Data Cable is currently on exterior wall of garage. My understanding from NBN is that an electrician needs to simply bring the data cable (which was previously connected to the old Optus technology)from outside and connect it to the new box.

I need help connecting / setting up my Internet Router / NBN network. All equipment is already installed into the wall and all cables are already connected. I need the new Service I have bought connected to the existing router / NBN connection box which has been left by previous owners. I have tried to troubleshoot but am not technical. The Router is recognised when searching on existing WIFI, it appears the Internet connection to the new service provider needs to be connected properly for service to work.

I got the optus wifi modem now the nbn is ready but I dont have nbn socket on the wall which needs to be installed Optus says the nbn is available at my unit but just call the technician to install it

I’m unable to get my internet working at my apartment due to a line issue, bridge tap, is what Vodafone is saying. Require a tech to come & fix.

Temporarily remove 4 GPOs and NBN outlets so that I can remove a wardrobe. The sockets are fixed to the back panel of the wardrobe.
