Would also like to use your expertise to investigate possibility of moving NBN FTTC modem and router from next to Telstra outlet point in upstairs back bedroom to existing Telstra outlet point downstairs Would also appreciate your recommendations in relation to appropriate TV brackets to buy if you have any experience with one being really good for example (otherwise I’ll just grab four the same and have them ready for you) And flexible on the day I just need it to be done in the mornings

The property has NBN available. But I need technical to install the NBN wall socket in the building to connect with modem.

New Foxtel box to connect to nbn internet

I am trying to get NBN into my building. The wire from the street comes into the building but has been boxed into a plasterboard wall. NBN won’t touch it. So I need an electrician to cut a hole in the plasterboard and expose the wire so they can come and install the NBN box.

No DSL light. We had to take the wall plate out for other work and the connection dropped out. This service has been dropping out regularly but if now down completely. 1. Investigate the issue 2. Test the line for potential other issues

Our internet isn’t working properly and we need help please to sort it. We have an NBN box, an Optus box, Foxtel and a TV all connected together. We already needed it simplified because there are way too many cords. But then on top of that we moved stuff for the cyclone and now we can’t steam shows and the internet keeps dropping out. None of our neighbours are having issues so we don’t know if we put it back together wrong, if there’s a problem with Optus or something else. We need an IT/TV expert.
