NBN box has been installed in garage, external to house. Office is not receiving strong signal so looking to connect box to office.

Currently the NBN HFC terminates behind where a TV is placed, I’d like to get this moved to another room which is used as an office.

Need someone to help connect nbn wire from underneath the house, through the wall and into the nbn box.

NBN box is too dangerous to reach for us. We need someone who can safely get up there and install new modem. One screw on the wall to box is detached and needs reattaching also.

The nbn socket for the phone cord is not working and the socket seems to be broken. The cord does not fit and goes straight down the hole. We have been told by TPG that a socket has been installed in the home

Run new NBN cabling from external box to internal box. Nbn Have already completed half the job but now refuse to complete. Just need 10m conduit in ceiling space(from side of house to other side of house) to connect to conduit already done by NBN and then run new cable and connect. NBN have moved external box from one side of house to the otherside of house. 1st photo shows old connection 2nd and third photos show new external box. Need connection across front of house in ceiling space between new and old.

Price is to attend to quote. Our dog keeps chewing our NBN cord underneath our house. Telstra comes out and fixes it but the dog keeps chewing it and severing it. Access under the hours is fairly easy and straight forward but we need someone to attend to repair the line as well as fix it in some PBC pipe or something so that the dog can no longer chew it. Any advice much appreciated.

Looking for a reliable qualified electrician, someone who is able to extend nbn cabling through the wall. The internet NBN cable only extends to the downstairs main home hub. The NBN modem and gear + security camera connected to the cable can only be installed downstairs due to lack of adequate cabling. We are looking to relocate our NBN NTD from its current location to a more convenient place. This will need additional cabling to complete. New location is an internal walk but has a spare point available for cables. I will also need a CAT6 cable fun from the new location to another room. This will require the cable and faceplates.
