I am a new tenant. Dodo internet using BYO modem. Can’t connect to internet, only 3 Lights are on the modem. Talking to NBN service persons it sounds like a case of sourcing the right connection (there are 2 Ethernet connections) and hopefully it’s a very easy fix. Happy to adjust rate. Just want the internet asap for work

Apartment building, NBN box & router located inside a cupboard in back bedroom. Wifi extremely slow & very unstable.

The nbn socket for the phone cord is not working and the socket seems to be broken. The cord does not fit and goes straight down the hole. We have been told by TPG that a socket has been installed in the home
