We need a nbn set up in our house. We have the nbn box and modem but not the white cable.

We had our TV repaired by Sony and the NBN at the time was disconnected so the technician didn’t set it up. I think it’s just that we have plugged in the wrong connections to the router. Simple task for someone who understands TV, Ethernet and NBN working together to give us Netflix etc.

I need assistance with removing a tv from a wall bracket to connect the nbn box and reattach tv to the wall bracket. Also to neaten cables in a conduit.

Temporarily remove 4 GPOs and NBN outlets so that I can remove a wardrobe. The sockets are fixed to the back panel of the wardrobe.

Electrician needed to install an active outlet for and NBN connection

NBN wifi has been installed which connects with all devices in my unit apart from the TV. The TV is a 2018 model Kogan flat screen. Need assistance is connecting it to the tv. SSID not connected and for some reason does not give me the option to inut the SSID in the tv only the password. Hence failing to connect.

Telstra came out to set up internet (we just renovated apartment) but said that the phone socket was: 1) Not Meeting the NBN needs and ACMA guidelines. Power was needed adjacent to the telephone socket. Not Safe for Telstra to run cables across doorway under the carpet 2) Telstra tested the socket connection as per the TDR results (in photo)showing it is open at 27ft. The first part just means that phone socket needs to be moved closer to power outlet however I don’t understand what the second part means and if this is something that needs to be fixed? Can someone advise honestly and quote for job. I checked with NBN and the unit is connected to the NBN network

Hello. We currently have Optus internet with our modem in our main floor home office. We have bought a smart tv for upstairs and would like to install a second connection point upstairs either for a secondary modem or a hard cable installation. Understand that materials would be extra.

My current NBN system is offering poor internet connectivity from the spare bedroom. At a glance, it seems the original provider has installed a system via coax / analogue cabling and converted into an NBN hub. The wifi won’t even allow the TV to stream Netflix. Looking to relocate into living area. Check pictures for current set up
