I have an Orbi (AX6000) mesh wifi system with 5 satellites. I am unable to get the satellites to connect to the router. I don’t really know what I’m doing, so I need a specialist who is very familiar with the Orbi system.

Having connection issues. Think issue with eero setup. Used to work fine then all of a sudden two of three routers consistently drop out.

We have existing ubiquity Wi-Fi devices need someone to come outside and set it up and the existing setup has already there which just need the system to be connected to the new internet you must know ubiquity very well and potentially need to reset the devices to gain the admin access.

We have home wifi but this does not seem to work optimally. Certain devices do not appear to have sufficient data (ie. google doorbell video does not work, Kayo on TV constantly glitches). My home network system needs some addressing as the internet is very slow after I changed some router settings. Affects the wifi and networked home office. I also need a security system base station and cameras to be set up to my phone. I've recently switched ISP's and purchased a new router, access points and a NAS. I've got things working, but there are issues and it doesn't seem to work as well as expected. I need some help to troubleshoot and (potentially) reconfigure my set-up to get it working well. We just moved into a new home. There are some Ethernet cables around, and the NBN is hooked up and working, but I would like to set up some extra data points and a wifi extender in some parts of the home that will be my home office..

We currently have Optus wifi but we have had a lot of issues with it and require the new wifi to work well. The wifi network doesn’t reach all rooms of the house and we would like every room to have a decent connection. It has a tendency to drop out then we have to reset. Optus have tested the line and it is working. Thanks a lot.
