We had a networker add a UDM to an existing patch and Ubiquiti 24 switch. Unfortunately, the job they did was substandard and they did not connect cables correctly. Further, they did not fully setup the UDM. We have several Cat 6 LAN ports throughout the property as well as cat 6s to several PoE and non-PoE devices. There are 4 Ubiquiti 7 APs. There is Starlink as the primary Internet, with Aussie Broadband as a back-up. We are looking for someone has had substantial experience with Starlink, Ubiquiti, Dream Machine and the unifi app. At the moment, we get far less speed when computers are connected to LAN.
