Customer moved his network upstairs when he thought he might flood. Now he has reconnected it he cant get it back on to NBN. To me it looks like the router has reset and is in the wrong operation mode. I cant remote repair because there is no internet. Customer needs to get back online asap.

We are a Telephone provider who installs regularly on the Gold Coast. Our contrator is currently on holiday and we need someone to install a TP link router to a new NBN connection. It is a very small network and we just need to make sure the router is giving out DHCP.

I live in a two-story house with a concrete floor separating. I have ethernet cables wired to all the different rooms of the house from a central location. I have an Optus modem (Sagecom), another older Optus modem, an Airport Express, an a TP-Link 16 Port Gigabit Switch, and a TP-Link Wifi Repeater. Often my devices lose wifi connection, or are connecting to the wrong subnetwork. I'm also having issues with a device that apparently needs a fixed IP address (or something of the sort). I need help setting up a stable and reliable wifi network across my home. I'm also open to buying Google Nest Wifi devices if you think that that's the idea solution, but I'd still need help to configure everything.
