TPG Fibre to the building. D-Link viper 2600 modem router. D-Link Aquila Pro AI AX 3000 Wi-Fi 6 Smart Mesh System. And I'm getting 3mb/s download speeds in a 2 bedroom unit. Please send help.

Highly secure home network and install new modem

We are a Telephone provider who installs regularly on the Gold Coast. Our contrator is currently on holiday and we need someone to install a TP link router to a new NBN connection. It is a very small network and we just need to make sure the router is giving out DHCP.

I live in a two-story house with a concrete floor separating. I have ethernet cables wired to all the different rooms of the house from a central location. I have an Optus modem (Sagecom), another older Optus modem, an Airport Express, an a TP-Link 16 Port Gigabit Switch, and a TP-Link Wifi Repeater. Often my devices lose wifi connection, or are connecting to the wrong subnetwork. I'm also having issues with a device that apparently needs a fixed IP address (or something of the sort). I need help setting up a stable and reliable wifi network across my home. I'm also open to buying Google Nest Wifi devices if you think that that's the idea solution, but I'd still need help to configure everything.

I currently have NBN but the speed I get from one of the data points is really slow. I need someone to test the current setup and improve the network

I expanded my home network and installed a range extender downstairs. The modem router is located upstairs..I I need someone who has a good knowledge of setting up a range extender and resolving connectivity issues with a Sony PS5 located downstairs right next to the extender. I have a Workforce WF7845 which i need help to setup the scan to email for business I also need to setup a shared folder that all staff can access to add and share.

Currently I dont have NBN yet, as they have to do further cableing and may take over one month to be ready. In the meantime, I would like to set up a wifi connection at home, where all my wifi devices can connect with each other, and also I could watch Netflix based on my mobile plan. So basically I would feed my Modem with a mobile SIM (or tethered connection via iPhone hotspot), and that would "feed" the home wifi, so I could use it in my TV. And also so that I can control my wireless devices, which need a local network (AirCon, vacuum robot, solar panel, digital lock, etc.). I have at home two modern modems from Optus, and Airport Express, a wifi repeater, and two PoE devices, together with ethernet cables of all lenghts.
