The reverse camera was working completely fine but suddenly we started to get the error message as attached. The error goes away when we turn off the car and turn it back on but comes back again after a few minutes. It seems like some kind of a loose connection and I am not sure if there is a need to replace the whole camera set. It works fine but every now and then we receive the error message.

temp gauge overheating then coming back to normal when all of the temps are normal, might be bad groundings. also, sub tank light always on.

Hi there, I recently went all in and bought myself a 2005 Nissan Patrol tb 3.0l I have always ridden a motorbike and this is my first car. I found myself a good deal and got this car. Now, I don't know much about cars/4WD ( technical side) and I want to learn a few basic things I need to look after. I want to find a good mechanic that I can rely on for servicing/upgrades/maintenance. At the moment, the car's rego ran out last week. I bought the insurance but I need a pink slip to get the rego done. I am pretty tight at the moment budget wise that's why I want to fix the most necessary things now to get the rego done.
