Hi everyone, I have a 2018 Nissan Note e-Power. An expert was trying to install a new CarPlay. During this process, the cruise control and power steering lights turned on, along with the engine warning light. The steering wheel becomes so tight and hard to drive on it. Cruise control is not working. I reckon it is someone related to engine and carplay connection. Not an expert so why need someone to come and diagnose it for me asap.
