Office area requires vacuuming and some paper posters removed from the walls and disposed of. 3. Disposal of any other items such as cleaning products, buckets etc. Includes items under the sink in the warehouse. 4. Dead weeds to removed from external garden beds and removed from site. Keys will need to be picked up from local realestate agent and returned on completion.

Powder room and kitchenette need a refresh. Powder room has some toilet paper spread around from previous tenant. It is more messy than dirty.
