We require cleaners that have their own equipment for our commercial property to do weekly cleans. We are looking to provide a long-term contract, up to 2 years if you do a good job. The following needs to be done, no more than a one-hour job if fast: - Fully clean 2x bathroom completely - wipe down toilet, sink and floors - Clean office area and front foyer that's tiled - including vacuuming and sanitising - Clean glass partitioning in the office with a wipe down - Vacuum staircase area - Wipe down office desks where necessary - Clean 2x kitchenettes with a wipe down - Remove rubbish and do lining for bins - Warehouse area doesn't need to be cleaned, no need for a vacuum or wipe down Commercial-sized waste bins will be provided on-site, no need to remove rubbish yourself.
