I believe this is a fairly concise list of what we need done in our small office: Foyer area: Vacuum, Wipe windowsills, Clean glass door Back office: Vacuum, wipe desks, equipment & windowsills, empty bins Stairs: Clean bannister, vacuum & mop staircase Upstairs: Vacuum (Office, Boardroom & outer office), wipe desks, equipment & windowsills, clean windows between office & warehouse, empty bins Toilet: Single disabled cubicle - vacuum & mop floor, clean toilet, basin & mirror, replace hand towel & toilet rolls as needed, empty bin & replace bin liner Kitchenette: do dishes, clean sink & preparation area, wipe shelves, backsplash, microwave, empty bin & replace bin liner Empty vacuum, etc. Ultimately looking for someone to do this fortnightly, commencing from mid-January, this clean will be the 'test' to make sure you're thorough. It is a very small office, with 6 desks downstairs & 4 upstairs. The stairs are timber. All carpeted apart from the toilet and kitchenette. We do not expect it would take more than 2 hours to clean thoroughly.
