I need my apartment organised/decluttered/ tidied prior to coming home from 3 month unexpected trip to hospital . Partner has gotten as far as they can but need a lot of help. I would do it myself but after 3 months in hospital with a month in icu has meant walking n bending is worse than before when I had 6 crushed vertebra, in my spine (making me a disabled pensioner) and can’t lift or move more than 2kg at a time. My apartment is two bedrooms and one bathroom. My preference is for for the job to be completed this Saturday 3 July, 2021 or an alternative date close to this day. You will start 8am or 9am (your preference) and continue until the job is completed (with any breaks you need). Please note, the task MUST be completed. I previously employed a commercial company who did not complete the job which was terribly upsetting, as I have been ill and stressed in a very messy environment. BACKGROUND: At the end of last year, I thought it would be a great idea to deeply spring clean my home to welcome the new year. This included unpacking most things I owned in order to re-design the layout of spare space in my apartment because I believed I needed a more efficient storage system for my kitchenware, toiletries, laundry supplies, as well as clothes. It currently has my old work clothes inside the cupboard that I may keep there but it also has a lot of things stored in the cupboard - these may go into the new garage storage. I seek your advice on both. The boxes in the cupboard are cleaning and bathroom supplies and are clearly labelled. This room doesn't have a lot of logic to it, but it is the most organised of all at present. There is a spare queen bed in the middle - mum used to stay here a lot. 5) Living room, dining room and entrance - Rearrange bookshelves. Only keep books I use on the shelf and store others. Storage space includes beneath the coffee table as well as a new ottoman. Otherwise, sell or donate. Use bookshelves as better storage for other items in the home? Boxes have been decluttered by me, but I would like you to check and advise. 5) Office – I have done this. No need to touch. 6) IMPORTANT = Cleaning - I will need someone that is prepared to do a small amount of cleaning i.e. you don't have to deep clean (that's been done). The only cleaning elements that need to be completed are: surface dusting at the start of each room to be decluttered and re-organised; as well as vacuuming at the end of decluttering and re-organisation of each room (mopping of kitchen and bathroom tiles). I need someone to organise a storage cage in Southbank. Job includes: - Putting up 4 x garage shelves from Flatpack - Organising the items in the storage cage onto the shelves - Identifying potential rubbish - Clean up after / sweep storage cage The cage is fairly small, it mostly holds camping items and items for storage, some items are quite heavy (20kg+), I can provide all of the cleaning equipment / screwdrivers to put up the shelves etc. I estimate that it would take 1 person a 3-4 hours to complete - 2 people maybe 2 hours if efficient. Price is maximum - this basically represents $50p/h for basic labouring
