Will need to upgrade 20A circuit braker to 32A and install 6mm cable, 15m distance with very easy access under the house as we have a garage underneath. Gas fitting looks like a straight swap. New regulator may be required in old one cannot be used.

Older electric westinghouse oven element has stopped working so im guessing it needs replacing as it has been well used, everything else in the oven works such as the fan and the grill just the element itself doesnt heat. - Due date: Flexible
