I would like my oven and stove top to be professionally deep cleaned. This includes the oven racks and trays, roof, and door. And the hobs on the stove. I may also be interested in having my shower doors, tiles, and grout professionally cleaned. The glass doors are murky. I have a 60cm blanco branded oven. The door doesnt close properly (it leaves a small gap at the top). Perhaps the hinges need tightening or something? Seal might need replacing too? Not sure. Quote to cover labour to come and fix it.if there are parts required I'll pay for that separatley. I googled it and to tighten hinges you need to remove other parts first so its a bit tricky and beyond my capabilities. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

We're replacing an existing 60cm oven with a new one. Need a licensed sparky to connect the new one. Most likely will need to move the existing junction boxes to new spots that aren't in the way of the new oven. Haven't bought new oven yet. Oven hinge door in ~20 YO Chef oven are no longer working thus oven door doesn’t close properly. If can be fixed cheaply would prefer to repair rather than get a new oven. The oven element does not heat up when using the oven mode. The element heats up when using the grill (as you can see from the photo), however as soon I turn it to the oven, the fan turns on (as normal) but then the element cools down back to cold. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but I'd rather fix it than replace it. Ideally like to fix it asap but also flexible on time.

New oven was installed in a 20 year old kitchen. The Problem: Original oven's body was smaller and positioned as high as possible, but the new oven dimensions are slightly larger. Basically doesn't fit because of the gas pipeline from cooktop is interfering and the top of the oven doesn't even clear the benchtop. The Solution: Lower the position of the oven by 5.5cm This can be done by lowering the 2 supports which the platofrm sits on. Then trimming the face of the base so it's neat and reusing the offcut at the top to cover the new 5.5cm space. Should be able to reuse all the old materials. Some cutting of MDF and Chipboard required. No electrical work required, just basic cabinet work. I live in an apartment so there isn't really space to do cutting on site.

T-connector needs to be added to an existing tap, with poly clipped roughly 5 metres on the face of the wall and an outlet to the inlet on the Combi, the inlet is 1 inch. Also need the hose to go between.
